Ms. Campbell is an experienced litigator, in practice since 1981. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is one of only a few lawyers certified as a family law specialist in the State of Nevada.
Casey Campbell is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Nevada and California (inactive at present) as well as Federal courts. She is a member in good standing with the State Bars of Nevada and California; she is also a member of the Washoe County Bar.
Casey Campbell served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada as a board member and as the treasurer. She is an author in the area of family law, and was selected as one of the editors for the Nevada Family Law Manual. Additionally, she was appointed to sit on the Committee to review the state's child support guidelines mandated by the state legislature. Casey Campbell is a member of the exciting new group, Collaborative Professionals of Nevada. Collaborative divorces are non-adversarial and are designed to allow families to divorce with less acrimony and less cost.
